Ways to Pay

Credit and debit cards
We regret that we are unable to credit cards at the moment. Please bear with us and we are working setting up credit card facilities to accept most major cards including Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Maestro, and Visa Electron.

Paypal 

We use Paypal as our secured payment methods. If you do have a Paypal account you can still use this method to pay by credit card. When you choose to pay by Paypal, Paypal gives you an option to pay by credit card. Click on the left hand navigation on Paypal site and enter your credit card details. The payment by credit card will be processed by paypal. Once the credit card is authorised, your goods will be sent out immediately subject to stock.

 Bankers Draft/Cheque

We also accept cheque and bankers draft. Please make cheque and bankers draft payable to Klassic Klasse and sent it to No 1 Point Road, Canvey Island, Essex SS8 7RT.

Once your cheque or banker's draft is cleared, we will notify you and sent the goods out by first class recorded or in the case of our overseas customer, by either FEDEX or UPS (method chosen when ordering) without delay.

Payment by fax/phone
If you do not want to enter your credit/debit card details on the website, proceed with your order as normal, but when asked for your card details, select the 'Fax/Phone' option. You do not need to enter any card details. Complete the order, then phone us with your card details on 01268-514290* (UK) / + 44 1268 514290(international), or fax them to 01268 795858 (UK) / +44 1268 795858 (international), quoting the order number which you will find on your confirmation email.

Your card is only charged once your order is despatched from our warehouse. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock, you will not be charged for these until we actually ship them to you. You will be advised by email (or telephone if you do not have an email address) if we are unable to complete your order.
